COVID-19 Updates

Interested in supporting the camp financially during this time? Check out giving opportunities HERE. Even though many of our in-person programs for spring and summer of 2020 were cancelled due to COVID-19, there are still many ongoing expenses incurred to keep our ministry going so that we can continue to host camps and retreats in the future. We depend on the generosity of individuals and churches to offer our programs and to fulfill our mission of being "a unique place where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is experienced." Thank you for your support of our ministry!

These are unprecedented times for our communities and our churches. As we are faced with the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus, we want to assure you that public health and safety are our highest priority. We are monitoring the situation and how it might impact events held at the camp in the upcoming days, weeks and months. We are closely following all federal, state and county regulations concerning steps to reduce the spread of the virus and are following these regulations on our premises. We are continuing to follow this situation daily so that we can make decisions in the best interest of our attendees, volunteers and staff.

For the safety of our guests and in compliance with government regulations, the majority of our previously scheduled spring and summer events were cancelled or postponed. More information on individual events is available below. If you have not already done so, we highly recommend reading our letter about Summer Camp 2020 HERE

Since the situation is ever-changing and new information is being shared daily, we are staying up-to-date with the latest recommendations and best practices. This page will be updated regularly to keep you informed of the status of events at the camp. If you have not already done so, we suggest you follow us on Facebook to stay up-to-date with the latest developments as we continue to keep the health and safety of our campers as our highest priorities.

You will also see modified tuition deposit policies for fall events to offer more flexibility for families during these uncertain times. Tuition will not be due until closer to events to ensure the program can be safely offered and that families feel comfortable with the current status and precautions surrounding COVID-19. More information will be available on the webpage of each specific event regarding the registration process and tuition guidelines for that event.

We continue to keep our churches, campers, volunteers and your communities in our prayers during this time. Please join us in praying for how we as Christians can continue to share the Gospel through these challenging times and to share Christ's love and hope with those who need it most as they are faced with difficult situations and decisions.
