Help! I'm not receiving camper emails.

Camper emails are available for download at the bottom of this page for your convenience.

Each summer, Round Lake sends out a short series of informational emails to assist registered campers in preparing for a great camp experience. These emails are primarily generic information applying to the majority of sessions. The information contained in these emails can also be found on our FAQs page.


If you are not receiving the camper emails, there are several things you can do:

  • Check your spam folder. Depending on the set-up of the spam filters in your email account, your camper emails may be ending up in your spam folder. Oftentimes, parents worry they are not receiving the emails when in reality they are in a spam folder. Adjust your settings so camp emails will instead be directed towards your inbox.


  • Ensure you have entered the correct email address for your account. To check which email address you registered with, log into your account on our website. On the left-hand side of your screen are several green icons. Click the one labeled "My Profile." Here you may view which email account you are using.


  • Make sure your camper registration is complete. Only registered campers receive emails, so make sure your camper is actually signed up for the session. To check this, simply log into your account and click the "My Dashboard" button on the left-hand side of the screen to view any registrations under your account.
