Registering for Summer Camp?
Important Things to Know . . .
Determining Camper's Grade
Grade listed is the grade camper will enter in the fall. For high school sessions, graduating seniors are still eligible to attend camp.
Paying for Camp
You may register either online or by mail. No registrations may be accepted via phone or fax. A 50% deposit is required to register for camp. The remaining 50% is due no later than two weeks prior to the event start date. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Camps do fill up, so register early to avoid a disappointed camper. Any declined or overdue payments may be subject to a $25 fee.
Many churches choose to generously offer scholarships to campers from their church. Please check with your church to see if they participate in church scholarships. If you are receiving a scholarship from your church, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CHURCH PRIOR TO REGISTERING to obtain your church's scholarship code. You must include your church scholarship code with your registration, whether online or by mail. If you fail to provide the code with your initial registration, you will be billed for the full tuition amount. Codes CANNOT be applied later.
Church scholarships do NOT apply towards 50% deposit. For example, consider a camp costing $250 with a 50% church scholarship. The scholarship is applied through the church scholarship code, cutting the parent portion down to $125. The parent must then pay the remaining $125 (which is 50% of the original tuition amount) to register for camp.
1) If you are receiving a church scholarship, contact your church for scholarship code BEFORE registering
2) Go to www.roundlake.org
3) Go to TAB: Summer Camp
4) In drop-down, click "Summer Camp Schedule"
5) Select your session and click "Register"
6) Follow registration prompts
7) Pay with your credit or debit card
If you are receiving a church scholarship, contact your church for scholarship code BEFORE registering. Complete and sign registration form. Enclose check, money order, cash, credit card or debit information with required minimum 50% deposit. Campers will not be registered unless the minimum deposit is received. Church scholarships do NOT apply towards 50% deposit.
