2025 Connect: Early Registration Request for Churches

Early registration for the 2025 Connect Conference will be available January 29 through noon on Tuesday, March 4.

This is a request form only, and Round Lake reserves the right to modify requests. Once all early registration spots have been assigned, this form will be closed.

The fee to access early registration is $10 per camper, and spots may be requested in increments of 5. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The $10 fee does NOT apply toward camper tuition. Rather, the $10 grants early registration access, giving campers the opportunity to register early.

If your church does not fill all of your reserved camper spots during the early registration period, all unclaimed spots will be released to the general public on Wednesday, March 5 (without refund of the $10 fee).

Round Lake Christian Camp reserves the right to modify the number of spots reserved per church. This form is a request only. You will be contacted once the number of spots reserved for your church for early registration has been finalized. Early registration runs January 29-noon on Tuesday, March 4. No waiting list will be available during this time. Starting on Wednesday, March 5, all remaining spots will be released to the public on a first-come, first-served basis until the session is full.
