Kaitlin was first introduced to Round Lake when she attended Wilderness Camp as a fourth grader, and she continued enjoying a week of Wilderness Camp each year from then on. Her dedication to camp was noticed, and she was recruited to volunteer in the kitchen starting in seventh grade. That volunteer work eventually led her to the ropes course, where she continued to excel as a volunteer. Kaitlin joined the paid summer staff in 2014.
Round Lake has been an important part of my life. Growing up, attending Wilderness Camp was always the best part of my summer. When I started volunteering in the kitchen and was then able to start helping Mike with the rope-work, that has continued to be a great blessing, as well as the highlight of my summers. I always look forward to helping the campers conquer their fears and have an amazing time.
